The snow blurs the buildings of downtown through my (new) kitchen window as I sit at my kitchen table and type this entry. It makes me wonder how - here on Dec 6th - my last entry to this site was August 26th - shortly after my summer tour ended. I write this blog entry flying over the prairies for the second time in less than two weeks. This time, I’m heading East. The original tour I had booked for the summer is now finished. There have been a few gigs added (in New Brunswick and in St. John’s) that will finish it off, but it’s definitely in its final stretches. I pick up my car in Ottawa (where I left it to fly to BC to do shows back in late July), and then continue back through Ontario and Quebec, through the Atlantic provinces, and eventually, home. ...more>>

I sit at a kitchen table in Montreal, mostly through a pint of Grolsch Premium Lager. I’m sweating a bit just sitting still; it’s about 30 degrees here today, not that I’m complaining.
