Through The Wires

The critically acclaimed debut. A record dealing with the theme of distance — distance from a lover, distance from society, distance from oneself. Full of “songs to affect change and provoke thought” (The Measure), Through the Wires has “compelling melodies, intelligent lyrics, and a sincere to-the-point delivery destined to win fans” (Newfoundland Product). The single, “Troubadours,” earned Ian a MusicNL nomination for SOCAN Songwriter of the Year. “This Silence,” “Physical Space,” and “Thousand Telephones” (along with “Troubadours”) were featured on national and International radio (as far as Belgium. Two solo acoustic Canadian tours supported this record in 2007. “Through the Wires” is awash with the sounds of rock n’ roll, with songs playable on a single acoustic guitar at its core.
